just a short status report from my side.
If started a basic GEF Editor to model a web application. It`s
based on RIFE, but should be abstract to be used for more than RIFE.
At the moment you can Insert, Delete and Edit Elements and connect
them. The biggest problem is to find the right place to open the
dialogs.
GEF is a little confusing and sometimes don`t work as expected.
Other Problems are automatic connection routing, that i started to
test.
After i have solved the connection detail problem, i will start to
program the JET Generator System in the plugin.

i'm looking into it myself as I have a few days free before I go on
holiday; just wanted to know if you had any code already.
No, I have no code done at all yet, I have mainly looked at how
feasible it was with the Eclipse architecture. I have some work
that needs to be done before the end of the year and I'm sick at
the moment. I thus have a hard time concentrating. I'll only be
able to start doing something from scratch in January.
If you want to work on it, I think that the "facilitate regular
coding" section at http://rifers.org/wiki/display/RIFE/IdePlugins
is the most important. I would start working there.
