rep/datasources.xml : should contain

<datasource name="mysql">

         <url>jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/<config
param="database_name"/>?autoReconnect=true</url>

<param name="DATASOURCE">mysql</param>
<param name="database_name">yourdatabase</param>
<param name="database_user">youruser</param>

Mysql should be running, the database should exist together with a
working user.
