1. What does this exactly mean? e.g. compared to Ring accounts security?

2. Does my provider need to support TLS certificates/CA for SIPS and SRTP? Or 
is this handled by the clients only?

3. What if my contacts doesn't use same Ring standards/same SIP provider here?
