Dave, Check out freshmeat.net and look for a package called "Snowstar" or
"Snow*". It's a Tcl/Tk front-end I wrote for my PMP-300 last winter to
manage uploads/downloads, etc.
I was working on it 'till somebody walked off w/ my Rio so it's been
laying dormant for about the past 6 months or so. The code's been GPL'ed
so you're more than welcome to it. Since it's a script, there's no reason
it couldn't plug into or be plugged into some C code.
