I tried, but couldn't resist to compile Andy's code. I have built an installer that
can be found at
http://im.parkverbot.de/harald/download
Install and Uninstall work fine (seemingly) and you need the RioPort software
installed.

PS: I f you see another message, very much like this, it means that the Deutsche
Telekom has fixed my telephone connection
