Does anybody have any idea how to fix Rio500 with a "gray screen" problem. In other words it will not start up normally, instead it remains with a gray screen forever. I have tried repair utility v 2.15 posted on sonicblue web site, at first it apperes to be working. The Rio500 screen shows something like "repair in progress" but then it again turns grey.
If anyone has any other utility or may be you have Rio500 disfunctional in some other way you would want to get rid of, perhaps I could try to swap some parts. Iam willing to pay for either broken Rio or repairs if someone is willing to take time to play with it. SonicBlue says this is a legacy product now, and they do not support it any more. I was hoping there are still some peopel out there who can fix these things. Thanks!
