I assume you can (not having used EAC for ages), but why would you want to? The major benefit of FLAC is that it is LOSSLESS - the data that the SB2 outputs is *exactly* the same as the data that was on the CD. If you normalize the data when ripping, you're actually changing the data from that which was on the original CD... hence tossing the whole point of being "lossless" in the bin.
