How are you ripping? Something like EAC to some compressor (MP3 or FLAC) on the fly? If so then are you sure that you've set the option to delete the WAV files after compressing them? If you end up with the original WAVs plus MP3/FLACs on your hard drive then SlimServer will attempt to guess at tags for the untagged WAV files and will see them as a whole seperate set of stuff alongside your tagged MP3s/FLACs.
