As was mentioned - unless you install an extension windows explorer can't read vorbis/flac tags. Also by default, EAC writes ID3 tags to FLACs (which is very bad, this should be disabled). If you use an app which can read flac tags on windows you'll see them there (e.g. foobar2000, winamp, slimserver, etc).
