I am going to eventually re-rip everything into FLAC, too. I've given
up on iTunes. I just use SlimServer to play everything. While you're
ripping make high quality mp3's at the same time, so you can easily
import those into iTunes. You can use iTunes-LAME for that.

As for Jinzora, it looks cool, but you have to set up an Apache/PHP
server, which is a royal pain in the ass, if you're not a sysadmin.
