Do you want FLAC+image, or .wav+image? Here is a 'sticky' at the
Hydrogen audio site, "EAC+Flac image, the best way to create a lossless

I don't do the .wav thing, but there is some stuff in their Wiki's
there. I'll help search some more if you'd like.

Good addendum. It wouldn't matter if you were to create a cue sheet
before each rip, because EAC does it even if it says 'unknown',
according to post 4 here:

I've gotta think it should be done for plain FLAC rips though..
