Yes, they do. Top level folder name is Artist, next level folder is
Album, and the files in each folder correspond to tracks (Isn't that an
anachronism, I guess if I can dial a touch-tone phone, then I can call
them tracks), and are named the title of the song. Genre is not
reflected in the file structure.

Then I would need one of those programs. Can you point me in the right
direction?  I would also need a mass WAV-->FLAC converter that supports
directory recursion and preserves the input directory structure in the
output.  Any pointers there?

I'll also need 600 - 700 GB of brown round storage; fortunately I've
got that.
