Caveat: foobar2000 dumps the output files of a conversion intu a single directory with standardized, numbered filenames. The tags will survive intact, so you'll want to have your .ape files properly tagged before conversion. Dump all files into one playlist, select all and click "Convert ..." in the right-click menu. (flac.exe should be in foobar's directory.) Dump the resulting files into another playlist and click "Masstagger -> move / cop /rename" to give them proper file names and a directory structure. This is highly customizable. C.
