If you have previously ripped and tagged to WMA format and are now in the process of reripping and encoding to FLAC you could load the flac and wma files into mp3tag and copy and paste the tag info from the WMA to FLAC files. A quick script using catwalk can then copy the albumart from the WMA directory structure to the corresponding FLAC structure.
