See the my previous post in this thread. If there are URLs in the M3U file (which you can open with a text editor like Notepad) then the files are online and Nero won't be able to get them. You can try downloading the files by copying and pasting the URL into a browser. If that doesn't work, you'll be stuck with recording the stream. I've used HardDiskOgg (link above) with good success and the quality is reasonable.
