I too have been getting "Too many samples" errors, always on the last
track of an album. This was happening on both my laptop and my desktop.

Thought I'd post here to say that ticking "Fill up missing offset
samples with silence" seems to be the answer - I now don't get the
error and AccurateRip gives positive results. (I'd initially unticked
this and the "No use of null samples for CRC calculations" options as
shown in the Wiki guide. I've now got them both ticked.)

Also, this setting didn't seem to be related to the "Overread into
Lead-In and Lead-Out" drive setting.
