I've done a couple more rips as you suggested Skunk. Here are the

(I think when I did this rip it came back with two sets of AccurateRip
results, and both were the same)

So anyway, the AccurateRip results seem to be identical whichever way I
do the ripping... 

For info when I do a "Detect drive features" I get the following:

> Drive is capable of retrieving C2 error information: Yes

And when I do a C2 error test with a scratched CD it reports that the
C2 error checking works correctly.
