Use a backup plan I guess, like test and copy rather than reading in
one pass (plus watching for and listening to suspicious positions/non
matching CRCs). If feeling extreme, I believe one could use EAC with
two different drives and compare the CRC results (being your own
accurateRip in effect).

Supposedly one should ignore the confidence of inaccurate tracks.
Therefore, two others had the same crc for the accurate tracks, but 
apparently neither of those two finished ripping it accurately, or
possibly Hercules' rip wasn't finished accurately.
