Use a backup plan I guess, like test and copy rather than reading in one pass (plus watching for and listening to suspicious positions/non matching CRCs). If feeling extreme, I believe one could use EAC with two different drives and compare the CRC results (being your own accurateRip in effect). Supposedly one should ignore the confidence of inaccurate tracks.
