Three separate libraries, then? Lossless, unduplicated lossy, duplicated lossy. Point SlimServer at a folder that contains (links to) the lossless and unduplicated lossy libraries, and do whatever it takes to get iTunes to look at the two lossy libraries. Just a thought.
