There are programs such as Wavelab that will find the peak level of a track with the option of +/- gain, and many other .wav editing functions such as normalize,tempo etc. Still, it needs human intelligence to add or subtract the gain - (explains some of my lousy tracks). . -- haunyack Transporter -> B&K R200.2 -> Vandersteen 3A Signature.
