Tag will do the guess from filename / rename using tags thing. It's template based too and you can have several templates defined that you choose from if your files have different needs and formats. It doesn't do anything cool as far as the case or advanced swapping of tags that I'm aware of. However, tou can always request it. Tag is fairly basic.
