Well, I guess what you want is a way to rip the CD with the best quality
possible.

For the best quality in your rips (and thinking that you use Windows on
your PC), use a program called EAC, which stands for Exact Audio Copy.
This program needs a little work to set up, so if you go this route,
this guide can help: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?EACRipping

Then for starters, I recommend not using mp3 at all for storing your
CD, since this is a lossy codec, you\\\'ll definitely want to rip your
music with a lossless codec, like FLAC or Apple Lossless (I prefer
FLAC), so can have your music in your PC the same quality as the CD.

Then you\\\'ll have to tag your music properly and to impress more you
should add the CD cover image/artwork too, so that it displays nicely
in the Controller.

Saying this, you can see that this process needs a bit of time, and
many people here are willing to invest a lot of time in their music
collection (ripping with best quality, tagging correctly, etc.)
