Browse Music Folder: I do exactly the same thing whenever I add something new to my library. Clear and rescan aka "Nuke 'Em": What I do for just about anything else involving my Music Library. I clearly recall exactly what problems I had with the "Look for New and Changed Music" option - it did not (SlimServer 6.5.x) and still does not work (SqueezeCenter 7.1)!!!
