Are they by the same artist and have the same artist in the tags? In SC do you have group by band or composer checked? If so try changing that. I really feel that something in your extended tags is different, composer, band, date etc and is causing this. I've been through this myself too many times in the past and it takes some time to get used to finding the problems. I'm much better at it now. A lot of times I'll open the album in mp3tag and look at the extended tags of just one song. From there you can advance a song at a time and look to see if anything changes. Granted there are some weird things that happen sometimes with SC but 99% of the time it's in the tags.
