The folder art won't work. I used Windows Media Player to put album art in originally and it seems to shrink everything to 200x200 in the tags and the folders.
I now have been updating the art in the tags to large resolution using mp3tag (and left the folder.jpg untouched). So I would have many folder.jpgs that are 200x200 and the tags that are larger.
