Hi, I have followed Scott Gruby's instructions and installed SqueezeCenter onto my AppleTV. It works very well and I can now transcode BBC Radio into iTunes and my Roku Soundbridge on demand using a url such as: http://appletv.local:9000/stream.mp3?p0=playlist&p1=play&p2=http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/realplayer/media/fmg2.rpm
The problem comes when I try and play the streams on the appletv via the standard music plugin. If I have SqueezeCenter running on a different machine and use the appropriate url (eg http://macbook.local:9000/stream.mp3?p0=playlist&p1=play&p2=http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/realplayer/media/fmg2.rpm) then it works fine. Similarly, if I go to http://appletv.local:9000/stream.mp3 then that works fine as well. But, if I try and use the same url then I get a message saying that the url cannot be played. I think this is somewhere on the SqueezeCenter side as the streaming works from my macbook, but there is nothing in the log to indicate what is going wrong. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
