This is a feature request for Squeezecenter when using an iTunes library. I am using a brand-new Duet and Squeezecenter 7.2 on Windows XP.
Newer versions of iTunes allow playlists to be put into folders. Newer iPods (e.g., my iPod Classic) display the folders when browsing. This is a godsend for classical music lovers like me -- I've put each major work into a playlist, to keep the movements together, and that generates a LOT of playlists. So I have a folder labeled "Beethoven", which contains folders "Chamber", "Piano", "Symphonies" and so on, each with a number of playlists for the works. It seems that Squeezecenter does not display that structure when accessing my iTunes library. All the folders and playlists are shown on the same menu level. This makes browsing more tedious. My request is that the next release of Squeezecenter be improved in that respect. -- Mike-NC Mike in North Carolina ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mike-NC's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20163 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53011 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
