Thanks for this. Yes its definately SB2. I have a Network cable connecting my server (where SqueezeCentre and my music) is installed and this doesn't fix the problem. I am trying to get a long enough network cable ( as my SB and amp is quite a long distance (about 15 metres )away from my server to connect the SB to my router. I have a US robotic Sureconnect ADSL Wireless gateway (if this helps) with no filtering (out or in ) applied. Im a real novice when it comes to network hardware and configs and really appreciate all the help you can give me but please excuse my dumbness if I ask you to explain the router tweaks that you can give me ...in laymen's terms.
