Never heard of this format before. You could look at some of the LAME presets as an alternative though. Something like 32kbit, mono, 22KHz, should be suficient for a voice recording. That is about the equivelant of 128kbit stereo 44.2khz of a normal recording, and only around 250MB, with much higher cross platform compatability than the AWB.
