Though you don't have tags in the wave files, you do have much of the pertinent information in a uniform format in your file naming convention. You have artist, track name, album name, and track number.
Rather than manually editing tags to put this information in there, you could use a program like foobar2000 or mediamonkey to encode these files to FLAC and create tags based on the file name.
