Tagging application for people with OCD and no time => MusicBrainz Picard Tagger. You can contribute your OCDness for albumns that are not already on the database by editing it online and then at least your time is given to others with OCD :)
I rip with EAC, tag with MusicBrainz, foobar for replaygain and google+mp3tag for album art. You just need to be happy with MusicBrainz tagging rules.
