I also strongly recommend MusicBrainz Picard Tagger, they have a very large database and they have more OCD types pouring over the data then you could ever require. It's a bit odd to get used to how the tagger works, and you will feel silly that it took you any time at all once it seems simple to you. And when Musicbrainz tags a file, it's proper and done.
For when I want to view and make personal edits to tags I use Tag&Rename. I'd supply links but I am not certain what the policy is here regarding external links.
