I ripped some CDs in a bunch with EAC and converted them to flac. All of them are fine, execpt one (Clawfinger, Zeros & Heroes).
With this particular album the Squeezebox has some sort of problem; the data stream seems to switch all the time - even within the same flac. The given input at my amp (My Squeezebox streams the audio data digitaly via S/PDIF to my amp.) is either called "2ch.pcm" (wich is the right one) or "hdcd". Everytime the format of the stream changes I get an interuption wich I -obviously- do not like. I allways thought that HDCD means something like 192kbit/s and more than stereo. With software like Winamp I cannot see any difference to any other flac file I ripped of my CDs. What can I do to play that album like all others? Re-ripping doesn't do the trick.
