Use mp3tag to see if you have multiple tag types in that file. If so, use mp3tag to delete the tag types you don't want. For FLAC files you should only have Vorbis comments, and for MP3 you should have only ID3v2.3. Sometimes ID3v1 and/or Ape tags get into the mix and confuse SBS.
