There's no point in having a DISCNUMBER tag with value of 0. Try
removing it. Also, if dbpoweramp added a TOTALDISCS tag, remove it.
In the ELO set, can you use the web interface and go to the first track
in each album/disc, then go into 'View Tags' (should be a link at the
bottom of the song information page). Then cut and paste what you have
for the two tracks into this forum. Here's an example:
