2) Once the discs have been ripped I use the mp3tag program to change the "Track" tag from "01" (which is how dbPoweramp tags the track number) to "101" by using the "Filename - Tag" button (located along the top row of icons) with the format string set to "%track% - %dummy%"
Do I manually need to change the Track from 01 to 101, then use the Filename - Tag button and set the string accordingly? I did not set to 101 before I use the Filename Tag button to change all the tracks and now I do not see the 'Track' field.
