Multi-disc is really easy! (good job too - I've got 800 of them) - but,
it is easily broken by the presence of spurious tags. Usually these
take the form of ID3vx tags lurking behind your nice flac tags.

If you are using dbPoweramp to rip you shouldn't have this problem.

In particular, you should ONLY have a DISCNUMBER tag on multi-disc sets
(setting DISCNUMBER=0 is NOT the same thing!) and you do NOT want to use
DISCNUMBER 1/3, 2/3 etc

Folders make no difference - the files can be literally anywhere. The
main thing is to ensure that Album Name is IDENTICAL on all tracks and
DISCNUMBER is set correctly on all tracks to 1, 2, etc

If you still have problems, be aware that sometimes a  full rescan is
required to correct errors from an initial scan of a multi-disc set...
