Just tested this with *Alison Krauss* and *Union Station*. I have several Albums by *Alison Krauss* and several Albums by *Alison Krauss;Union Station*. With the Tag ALBUMARTIST I have two entries under the artist list: *Alison Krauss* and *Alison Krauss, Union Station*.
Then I deleted the Tag ALBUMARTIST in all files. Now, I have only *Alison Krauss* listed under artists. No Union Station at all anymore.
