Depends on the structure and number of files and how you want to control
what files to copy.

- If you prefer full control over each and every file to copy, you could
do it with a comparison tool, e.g. Beyond Compare.

- The next alternative is a copying tool. I'm using Robocopy for various
tasks. This is a command line tool by Microsoft that also allows
mirroring. There are GUI tools that help mastering the many command line
options. I'm using YARCGUI, but this seems to be German only.

- And finally, you could do it with a hand-made batch file or powershell
script. If you need to go this route, I can try to help if you want.
