I rephrase my previous question: after unzipping I see lot of folders&files. On Ardour, to install it, I just had to click on the install.sh file and the console pops up asking for the password and the installation process procedes
Clicking on the same name file on Rivendell does nothing... Back to the start: HOW TO update my Rivendell instalation?
