Is this a Broadcast Appliance setup? If so, then all you should need is to be sure that the 'qt-devel' and 'jack-audio-connection-kit-devel' packages are installed. If you're on BA v1 (CentOS 5), then you'll also need to define a couple of items in your environment; see GlassCoder's 'INSTALL' file for specifics.
If all you're trying to do is just *use* this, then the easiest of all may be to wait for the release; then you'll be able to install the whole thing with a single-line yum(8) invocation.
