It depends what you're trying to sync to Windows. The Riv audio store is useless without the database so syncing those files wouldn't help you.

Also VV seems to be some sort of Windows only syncing system so you couldn't have it on linux syncing.

However possible solutions (just guessing based on what you're doing):

* Mount Windows network shares on Linux using Samba. That way you can get your Windows folders onto Linux/Riv. * Use SyncThing, its a cross platform syncing system kind of like a peer to peer DropBox. I use it to sync about 250GB between our UK and India offices. Its up there with the best syncing systems I've ever used, highly recommended (you also get file file versioning and all that good stuff).

I'm still not sure why you'd want to sync anything from Riv to Windows but if you send more details, I might have better ideas.
