We used SecureNet before. If I remember correctly, what we had to do was send audio using their Winblows encoder and then send artist/title information using the Icecast PyPAD (RLM) in Rivendell.
I do not recall the exact configuration, but SecureNet should be able to provide the information required to set up Icecast for metadata updates. I tried to ask them, but they wouldn't talk to me. They want you to open a ticket.
