Sending this to both lists. I have 2 issues I need help
with. First, we have a program file downloaded by RDCatch, which has a
certain program length, then following the program are several attached
promos of different lengths. The program is the exact same length each
time. Is it possible using RDCatch to assign a time to “Cut End”, so
the promos do not play after the program? Right now, someone has to go
in and manually set the end marker to prevent the promos from
playing. Can this be automated?
Second, I want to automatically include a timed marker during
automatic log generation, and the operations manual implies it is
possible to create a Note Marker “Event” with RDLogManager, but when I
click on Add in Events, there is no option to enter a meta event of
“Note Marker” anywhere that I can find. I am currently creating this
manually after logs are generated, but can this be automated so it is
created by the automatic log generation? If so, how?
