To clarify a bit; If JBoss Retro is "used" to produce River, similar to a 'compiler' it ends up being a System Requirement for building the released sources. That is Ok. But it is not Ok to include the JBoss Retro in the released artifacts of River, not even binary ones. Hope that is clearer.
