Rivet and TK GUIs

Hi,
 
I'm a newbie to Rivet, and I'd like to ask a couple of questions:
 
- Can I embed TK graphical interfaces in HTML pages using Rivet?
- Is it possible to run Rivet on Apache 2 over Win32?
- Is Rivet still being developed?
- Are there any newer/better solutions for implementing server-side TCL/TK
scripts into HTML?
