Wrt to --update the installer script doesn't, so the RPM doesn't either. I'm not sure I want to automagically run --update without confirmation: it may be blocking other RPM ops if there's no 'net access (which means more detection code in the installer and %post, like how do I detect unattended RPM installs?), the admin may want to configure rkhunter.conf first (paths, local mirrrors, networking after fresh O.S. install, available downloaders), etc, etc. I appreciate the suggestion, it's just that we need a qualitatively good way to deal with all situations.
