Okay, I have gotten a bit lost as to what isn't working. Does the above
warning still occur for you?

If it does, then could you run 'rkhunter --debug --enable 
   "possible_rkt_strings, startup_malware" --sk --check'

This will create the file /tmp/rkhunter-debug. Could you email that to
me please (not to the list). The file will be quite large.
