The install docs at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/2005.1/index.xml should get you headed in the right direction. If you run into any specific issues, I'd be happy to help. As far as the wireless goes, do you know what chipset you are using? I've gotten lucky and have never had to resort to the ndis wrapper stuff, but depending on your hardware, you may have to.
