I am sure there are more but they are scattered all over all of my
computers. Speaking of that does anybody know of any software that
can keep Firefox bookmarks updated/compared on different machines?
I would just like to take the bookmarks.html file from my desktop
and laptop compare them and make them the same so I don't have to
search computers looking for something.
Josh,
Take a look at http://del.icio.us, which is a social bookmarking
site. You can take your bookmarks with you, and share them with
others if you like.
Another option is http://sitebar.org/, which includes an optional
Firefox or IE extension. It appears in the Firefox sidebar so you can
easily get to your bookmarks from any web browser. I run my own
sitebar database, but there are many that you can use for free or in
a social manner like del.icio.us.
